ABOUT ME

Julie Pandya is the founder of Home Strategies LLC, a home organizing and redesign firm based in Arlington, Virginia. Julie’s passion has always been helping people find solutions to their problems. In every project, Julie strives for a result that leaves the client’s space clean and organized and a place that works as intended. Her strategic and process-driven nature allows her to help clients organize a space to the fullest potential. Before going into organizing and launching Home Strategies LLC, Julie spent a decade in the building industry focusing on energy efficiency and technology-planning in commercial structures. During that time, Julie obtained the exclusive LEED AP credentials (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design — Accredited Professional). This background in environmental design can help bring a green element to any project. Most importantly though, Julie has four young children, so she understands how to organize a space and develop processes that can work for any age and how organization can help families and their homes run smoothly. She also is an active member of the Arlington community, including serving on the Cardinal Elementary School Building Level Planning Committee (BLPC), participant in the Arlington Neighborhood College, and volunteer in her four kids' Arlington Public School (APS) classrooms.

Julie earned a Bachelor of Science/Engineering (BSE) degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. At Michigan, Julie won an NCAA championship and was a four-year letterwinner as a member of the varsity rowing team.
